Letter to My Daughter - Annika Sorenstam

In Annika Sorenstam's "Letter to [Her] Daughter", I loved reading how Annika was scared to find her voice when she was younger, to the extent that she would "miss on purpose" to avoid the attention.  It's awesome that she recognized that time and patience were needed for her to "find her voice", and how she is paying that lesson forward in having patience with her daughter to find hers.

In Brandi Chastain’s “Letter to [her] Younger Self”, I appreciated her perspective that it is not just about being an exceptional athlete, but it’s leveraging that athletic skill set to be an exceptional person … “Your legacy will not only live on through one photo, but through your children.
